A Union-wide unique single identification number of the testing in real world conditions;<\/p>\n<p>2. The name and contact details of the provider or prospective provider and of the deployers involved in the testing in real world conditions;<\/p>\n<p>3. A brief description of the AI system, its intended purpose, and other information necessary for the identification of the system;<\/p>\n<p>4. A summary of the main characteristics of the plan for testing in real world conditions;<\/p>\n<p>5. Information on the suspension or termination of the testing in real world conditions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-3067","annex","type-annex","status-publish","hentry"],"meta_box":{"date_of_eif":"","eif_according_to":"","eif_inherit_from":"","item_summary":"<p>Before any high-risk AI system is tested in real-world conditions, it must be registered according to Article 60.<\/p>\n<p>This Annex explains what information needs to be provided when registering high-risk AI systems for real-world testing. This includes a unique identification number for the test, contact details of the provider and those involved in the testing, a brief description of the AI system and its purpose, a summary of the testing plan, and information on any suspension or termination of the testing.
